Who we are

We provide outreach and peer support to people with mental ill health in the community.

This Richmond Fellowship service is a part of Pathfinder West Sussex, supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing. What we do

Our service includes individual sessions with a recovery worker who will work alongside you to address your practical needs and achieve your personal goals. They will also support you in respect of your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing, working with and supporting you to access other services to improve over-all wellbeing.

Who we help

Our service is for adults aged over 18 with mental ill health who are registered with a GP and/or are resident in the areas served by Chichester District  Council.
