Focusing on promoting positive well-being, building confidence and self-esteem to support towards accessing Education, Training, Volunteer, Employment or retaining current Employment.
Once referred, the individual will be allocated a specialist employment advisor who will work to agree positive and achievable goals with regular follow up meetings.
Other practical support includes help with job applications; CV preparation, Job searching and interview practice as well as access to workshops on confidence, self-esteem, wellbeing, and basic IT.
In addition, our workshops are delivered by volunteer Peer Mentors, people who have lived experience of mental health problems, and can support individuals on their recovery journey.
